I'm still in the Netherlands. My eye improved somewhat and I decided I could try to finish my study instead of moving to England. It's very hard for me though.

Whatever decision you take in life, you should never regret it. The missed option is not always the better one. You can go think "was it the right choice?" but if you took the choice, you have to accept that it was the right one, or indeed, it will be very hard on you.
