I have synesthesia.  apparently, because I never actually gave much thought about it. I thought everyone did this. I thought your brain more easily remembers stuff by linking it to emotions and numbers but apparently this isn't true and is, in fact, a rare condition!Just for fun I made these 2 pics on how I "see" the months in a year and the days in a week!   You may think it's weird but it's how I see it. Everything comes in colors and is ordred like that. It's always ordered like that. THe first 3 days of the week are on top (somewhere near my hair) and the rest of the week is on a different "line" in a book. Very hard to explain. I also wonder why the monhts are so unequally divided, and why summer is on top and winter at the bottom.  If someone says februari, I immediately think of that location (at 7 'o clock). Speaking of clocks, all hours have colors too! 1: light yellow 2: white 3: red/orange 4: blue 5: red/brown 6: dark brown/black 7: light blue 8: orange 9: dark brown (marroon) 10: light blue/white 11: brownish red 12: black 0:00h is transparant though...

Hm, well at least you have a clear graphical representation in your head of the months and days of the year. So it's probably easy for you working with days and months...or do you find it hard to work with days and months? Me I just remember them in lists (a list of the months, a list of the week days, a list of the alphabet, etc), as I've learned them. I don't have a graphical representation of any sort of them and don't think in graphics in general, which might be a little faster than when you do think in graphics. ____________ Personal website: http://www.loijson.com |

since a day has 24 hours 13 'o clock should be 1 pm, which makes it bright yellow 13 is yellow anyone, it cannot ever possibly be red, green, purple, blue, .... o.O
