If anyone is wondering why I am posting in so many threads, it's because I support Rince's idea of bringing the forums alive. Not only that, but socially discussing something with other people is actually good for brain activity and brain health. =P Hehehe. ____________ |

Posting on forums is a thing from the past? Use the chat instead? What's the use of a forum then if a chatroom works so much better? So why keep this thing running then? Who  Close manly pandas and malarkey? we have IRC to flood/spam now... or haven't we? *confused*

The advantage of a forum is that you can reply when you want and don't have to sit around waiting for replies, even if idle. ^^ This is why forums have been made. They serve the purpose of a common interest. In a chat, people will quickly distort the current topic and then the conversation is lost. On a forum, you can moderate and you can check when you want. =) ____________ |

Well I do think this site is nicely made. If I made a site like this, I would probably pay to keep it up as well.. Besides, attracting people to an online community is not easy, even though only a few international people still come here, I do think booleansoup has a special history and value to it. In summary: I really don't know who pays for the hosting, but I wouldn't call him/her/it ____________ |
