the prices for immo in Belgium. starting from a studio in some ghetto in the city with paper walls for only 120 000 eur. for a "normal" house in a normal area. Not even open or halfopen you pay 250 000 eur. For a halfopen/open house you pay 320 000 eur. For a So basically if I'd like to buy an appartment I'd pay 3/4th LOAN per month. ____________ Kwakkel |

And what's even more ununderstandable - people accept to trade decennia of their life (labouring) for proper housing. Why is it that expensive? Building your own house would've been easier if it weren't for regulations. And ground prices. I want a small appartment with one room. But even that is not affordable in this highly populated western-europe...
