Please explain to me how to play this game, as I have no clue. I mean, I kinda figured out the point of food, population and happyness, but how do I create soldiers!

You should have included a readme. I won't rate it as of yet. It looks nice, but I want to play it aswell...

I'll be releasing a patch and readme eventually.

Like Tovi, I'm not going to rate this game yet as I have no idea how to play it. The interface and graphics look really neat, but I have no way of telling the aim of the game, what to do, how to do it, and what the buttons do (and where they are).

Having tooltips would be a great idea for your patch. For graphics and look alone I'd rate it 5/5, but I can't give it a rating yet until I have played it.

I got to the point where one of the soldiers on the "army" menu was not greyed out, but still couldn't build him. Then I hit "restart" and the map was suddenly swamped with enemy ninjas :S

I have studied alot about ninjas and japanese culture in order to design and draw this game to perfection :) shame we didnt have anought time to finish it completly. but you can look at this as the demo...if your intrested in knowing about the other units you should look into the fpg and see for ur self :) and wait for ecko to make another patch for you to be able to use them :P

anyway there is a secret in the game that will be revealed only when the game will be completly released :) we still trying to find time to continue the project and I think we will finish it :)

This game is awesome. The graphics are nice and gentle, pleasant for the eye. So many details in such small graphics. The gameplay is somewhat hard, but after a decent explanation it is great. Just click and see what you get. A "tooltip" when scrolling over the items could be useful. I hope to see updates very soon (and an online version :p)

A fog of war is also something challenging. And different levels, different difficulties. Good luck with it :)

Shall I make some music for you guys? ;)
My laptop is fried so I lost lots of my programs, also FL Studio; but I can install it on my laptop from work. And I am going to buy a new laptop, or a PC.

This game has potential and I enjoyed winning once, but for now it’s just too unfinished to be decently playable. And I like strategy games, really. It's good that you're adding tooltips to everything, because now most buttons are pretty ununderstable.

One great feature are the graphs for the population and happiness, I really liked that. The graphics are overall top notch, although the landscape tiles could use some more variation. One way or another this game could be awesome. And remember, it’s never too late to finish a game!
